Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 2026-06-02 Applies to: Attest, an ECTD product, operated from https://getattest.com.au. Contact: support@getattest.com.au.

---

This policy lists what Attest will and will not score, draft, or deliver. It applies to every paid tier and to free intake submissions.

1. What we will assess

Attest produces readiness assessments for lawful services in agent-relevant categories, including:

  • Software-as-a-service APIs and endpoints
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
  • Data lookup, verification, and enrichment services
  • Workflow automation endpoints
  • Digital content, research, and structured-output services
  • B2B procurement and replenishment workflows (digital and physical-goods adjacent)
  • Compliance, regulatory, and audit-related digital services

If your service is unusual but lawful, ask before buying: support@getattest.com.au.

2. What we will not assess

We will not produce a deliverable for, or about, a service that:

  • Is unlawful in Australia or in the buyer's jurisdiction
  • Sells, distributes, or facilitates access to:
  • Weapons, explosives, ammunition, or weapon parts
  • Illicit drugs or controlled substances outside lawful medical channels
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen data, leaked credentials, breached datasets, or material acquired through unauthorised access
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any content depicting or facilitating abuse of minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Human trafficking, smuggling, or labour exploitation services
  • Is designed to bypass sanctions, money-laundering controls, KYC requirements, or AUSTRAC obligations
  • Targets vulnerable people for exploitative purposes (predatory lending, scam infrastructure, etc.)
  • Operates as a wallet, escrow, money-transfer, or stored-value service without the licences required in its jurisdiction
  • Facilitates harassment, doxxing, swatting, or coordinated harm against an individual or group
  • Promotes or facilitates self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
  • Generates or distributes deceptive deepfakes of real individuals without their consent
  • Operates a fraud, phishing, scam, or social-engineering pipeline
  • Is on the Australian, US OFAC, UK, EU, or UN sanctions lists, or owned/controlled by a sanctioned entity

3. Agent buyer behaviour

If the buyer is an autonomous agent, the principal is responsible for ensuring the agent:

  • Has authority to spend on the principal's behalf for this purchase
  • Is not using Attest to evaluate any service prohibited above
  • Will not feed Attest deliverables into a system that automates any prohibited activity

If we have reasonable grounds to believe an agent buyer is acting outside its principal's authority or in violation of this policy, we may refuse the order, reverse the charge, and decline future business from the same agent identity or principal.

4. Use of the deliverable

You agree not to use any Attest deliverable to:

  • Train a derivative scoring product at scale that competes directly with Attest
  • Misrepresent Attest's scoring or recommendations to your customers, investors, or regulators
  • Strip attribution and present our methodology as your own original work

5. Enforcement

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a purchase or submitted service breaches this policy, we may:

  • Refuse to deliver
  • Refund the purchase under our Refund Policy
  • Decline future orders from the same buyer
  • Report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law

We will tell you which clause you are believed to have breached and, where possible, give you a chance to clarify before final action.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe an Attest deliverable is being misused, contact support@getattest.com.au with subject AUP report and we will investigate.

7. Changes

We may update this list as the agent commerce landscape changes (e.g. when new categories of agent-buyable service emerge, or when categories prove higher-risk than expected). The Effective date at the top reflects the current version.
